     11:30 am - 1:00 pm

If you drive in Central Florida, the I-4 Ultimate project affects you. It’s the largest infrastructure project in Florida history. The public-private partnership is completely reconstructing 21-miles of the interstate in Orange and Seminole counties, including 15 major intersections and more than 140 bridges.

David Parks, I-4 Ultimate public information officer, will provide a project overview, update on progress, tell us how to cope with the changes and give us a preview of what to expect Beyond the Ultimate. The project employs more than 2,000 people. David will share steps the team takes to keep workers and motorists safe during this massive undertaking.

Mr. Parks has provided information on more than 75 miles of interstate construction projects as an FDOT consultant over the past 13 years. Previously, he worked in news and sports radio in Southwest Florida.
