You are cordially invited to participate at the Central Florida ASSE Ergonomics Conference. The $200 fee includes an 8’ table, chairs, and lunch for up to two participants. Electrical outlets are available on a very limited, first-come, first-served basis.

To register, complete the information below and Pay by Paypal (preferred) or print your registration form and pay by check made payable to ASSE, POB 540920, Orlando, FL 32854. Registration must be received by October 1st, 2009.
